Our products are designed primarily for organizations of all sizes, including private companies, public organizations, nonprofits, healthcare systems, educational institutions, and government entities.
Some products may also be appropriate for individual professionals or independent practitioners.



Licensed Culture Systems

What am I purchasing?
CULTURA & Co. products are licensed digital systems.
Depending on the product, your license may include proprietary frameworks, templates, implementation guides, assessments, strategic resources, and AI-powered functionality.
All products are licensed for a defined access period. They are not sold.


Are your systems digital?
Yes. All CULTURA & Co. systems are delivered digitally through our online platforms.


Can we customize the templates and frameworks?
Yes. Organizations may adapt templates and implementation resources for their own internal operations.
Customized materials remain subject to the License Agreement and may not be distributed outside the licensed organization.


Can multiple employees use the systems?
Authorized employees within the licensed organization may use the licensed systems in accordance with the applicable License Agreement.
Organizations are responsible for managing internal access and ensuring compliance with the license terms.


Can our parent company or subsidiary use our license?
No. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each separate legal entity requires its own license.

What is the CULTURA & Co. Strategist™?


The CULTURA & Co. Strategist™ is an AI-powered strategic advisor designed to help organizations think through challenges, explore solutions, and support implementation across areas such as culture, leadership, employee engagement, innovation, organizational effectiveness, and AI readiness.
It provides guidance, recommendations, and strategic resources based on the information provided by the user.


Does the AI make decisions for our organization?

No. The Strategist is designed to support human decision-making, not replace it.
Organizations remain responsible for evaluating recommendations, making business decisions, and determining appropriate implementation actions.


Can we submit confidential company information?

Organizations are responsible for determining what information is appropriate to submit based on their own privacy, security, legal, regulatory, and governance requirements. Customers should avoid submitting information they are not authorized to disclose. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Responsible AI Policy for additional information.



Custom Enterprise AI Strategists

Can CULTURA & Co. build a custom AI Strategist for our organization?

Yes. CULTURA & Co. can design and develop custom AI Strategists tailored to an organization's unique knowledge base, methodologies, internal documentation, policies, processes, and strategic objectives.
These solutions are developed under separate agreements and are designed to support each organization's specific needs.


What can a custom AI Strategist do?

Depending on the organization's objectives, a custom AI Strategist may support functions such as:

Licensing

Are your products licensed or sold?

All CULTURA & Co. products are licensed. Purchasing a product grants a limited license to use the materials during the applicable license period. Ownership of all intellectual property remains with CULTURA & Co.


Can our external consultants use the systems?

No. Unless expressly authorized in writing by CULTURA & Co., licenses are intended solely for use by the purchasing organization's own employees and authorized internal personnel. External consultants, contractors, agencies, vendors, implementation partners, managed service providers, or other third parties may not access or use licensed materials under your organization's license.


We work with an HR consulting firm. Can they use the systems to help us implement them?

Not without written authorization from CULTURA & Co. If an external consulting firm will use our systems, methodologies, templates, AI-powered tools, or implementation resources, a separate licensing arrangement may be required.


Can we share materials with vendors or business partners?

No. Licensed materials may not be shared, distributed, or made available to third parties unless expressly authorized in writing by CULTURA & Co.


Can we use CULTURA & Co. materials to train our own AI?

No. Our methodologies, frameworks, templates, implementation resources, AI-generated outputs, and related intellectual property may not be used to train, fine-tune, optimize, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning systems without prior written permission.



Purchasing

Do you offer refunds?

Because our products provide immediate access to proprietary digital content and intellectual property, all purchases are final once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law. Please review our Refund Policy for additional information.


How long will we have access?

Access is provided for the license period identified at the time of purchase or in your applicable agreement. Renewal options may be available depending on the product or service.



Security & Privacy

How do you protect customer information?

CULTURA & Co. implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to help protect information entrusted to us.
