Except as expressly permitted under an applicable license agreement, no portion of any CULTURA & Co. material may be:

License Does Not Transfer Ownership
Purchasing or accessing a CULTURA & Co. product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Customers receive only the limited license rights expressly described in the applicable License Agreement, Terms of Use, or written agreement.
All ownership rights remain exclusively with CULTURA & Co.

Trademarks
"CULTURA & Co." and associated product names, service names, slogans, logos, and branding elements may constitute trademarks, service marks, trade dress, or other proprietary identifiers owned by CULTURA & Co.
Nothing contained within our products, services, website, or materials grants permission to use any trademark without prior written authorization.

Restrictions on Commercial Use
Without prior written authorization, CULTURA & Co. intellectual property may not be used to:

Restrictions on Artificial Intelligence Use
CULTURA & Co.'s intellectual property may not be used to train, fine-tune, optimize, improve, or develop artificial intelligence systems without prior written authorization.
Without written permission, users may not:

• Upload CULTURA & Co. materials for AI training purposes.

• Create datasets derived from CULTURA & Co. content.

• Use CULTURA & Co. outputs to develop AI-powered products.

• Build competing AI tools or advisors using CULTURA & Co. methodologies.

• Incorporate CULTURA & Co. intellectual property into machine learning systems.

These restrictions apply to public, private, commercial, internal, and open-source AI systems.

Consultant and Third-Party Restrictions
CULTURA & Co. intellectual property may not be shared with, provided to, or used by:

• Vendors

• Freelancers

• External facilitators

unless expressly authorized in writing by CULTURA & Co.

Organizations may not purchase a license and then provide CULTURA & Co. materials to third parties for implementation, facilitation, consulting, advisory, training, or other service delivery activities.
Any third party wishing to use CULTURA & Co. intellectual property must obtain an appropriate license directly from CULTURA & Co.

No White-Labeling
CULTURA & Co. materials, methodologies, systems, frameworks, AI-generated outputs, templates, or related intellectual property may not be rebranded, relabeled, white-labeled, or presented as the intellectual property of another individual or organization.

Reporting Intellectual Property Concerns
If you believe that CULTURA & Co.'s intellectual property has been copied, distributed, misused, or otherwise infringed, please contact us with relevant details.
CULTURA & Co. reserves all rights available under applicable intellectual property laws and may take action to protect its proprietary rights when appropriate.
Enforcement
Unauthorized use of CULTURA & Co. intellectual property may result in:
